why don't you just tell us the code? 1 long flash means 10, 1 short flash means 1...count?

Yes. Count the longs, then the shorts. FI: 4 long and 3 short right together means 43. Only 4 long would be 40. 3 short would be 3. If there is more than one code stored, then there will be a noticeable pause between them

It might help to just jump the connector and then watch it for a few seconds, until you see the pattern.

There is no connector the wires are spread apart.. look closely.. they are in 2 different spots..not one connector.

Did you look at the link MRX gave you? You pull the kickpanel right in front of the door on the passenger side and there will be a blue plug with two wires going to it. You jump those.

You might want to take it to a shop and have them show you or something. Most shops will do it for free.

I just showed the picture, I lifted up the kickpanel and took a pic...there is only the 2 wires going into the ecu and they arent connected to a connector..

Not the carpet and the ecu protecor plate. Honda was smarter than that, its like right beside your glovebox from underneath

If you are sitting in the passenger seat, looking at the ECU cover, look to your right, and between the floor and the bottom of the dash, just in front of the frame of the door, and there will be another plastic cover there. Pull it off, and you should see the plug.

Seriously, just take it to a shop.

EDIT: What car do you have? Is it a CB7? I'm asking because you have a P0A ecu, so I'm wondering if you have a CD5?

No, I think he is looking where the ECU is, not where the service plug is supposed to be.

And if he does have a CD5, then the plug is just behind glove box, he could see it if he just looked up above the ECU.
