ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

thats the first thing you need when you start modifying and engine.
the CAI and the catback should give you better use of the HP and TQ you already have, plus they give you about 10 to 25 HP and Tq depending on your engines health. i prefer using a stainless steel air filter than the high flow cotton one. the stainless steel flows 2X than the cotton.
Catback systems will all work the same no matter what brand.......the only differences between other catback systems is sound. a Greddy catback will cost you around 300 bucks and a ebay one (N1 style for example) will be about 110 bucks, but will be giving the same purpose but different sounds.
the N1 will not sound that bad on your CB on a civic it would. the bigger the engine the better it sounds....the smaller like the B16 civic it will sound more ricey.
i also hope you got a manual tranny...
and make sure you check your cat too, you will loose alot of power if its messed up.
well thats all i can think of right now.
good luck man

dapump2003 does have a point. You won't get full potential of an I/H/E on a stock internals.
Also you won't gain close to 10HP on just generic engineered I/H/E. If you really want some HP , work on the internals and slowly going outside.
Seriously , the power is inside , not outside. So don't get offended by people if they said I/H/E is a waste of money.
People on the tuner scene have different levels , remember that.Feeding trolls is my profession and hobby.

Yes , I'm aware of he's not hungry for power yet (i'm sure he will be hungury). My point was to educate some people that simple bolt-ons won't get an engine to increase up to 25HP. Lot's of misleading information has been detected here.Feeding trolls is my profession and hobby.
