    Skid Plate.

I really didnt know where to put this. But the "skid plates" we have under the fronts of our cars can we take those off or not? I looked under them and the frame rails are right there. would it be safe or no?

the plastic thing is just a splash guard keeping water out from under your engine bay. it wont hurt it if you take it off, itll just get dirtier faster.

it should be fine, the only thing it protects is dirt/grease/water/anything ont he ground from coming up.

if anything, you'll hit the tow hooks up front.

It's useless really. Just be carefully if you have a CAI when it's raining or puddles around.

Even with that there, you're not safe with a CAI. I've seen it done before
