I also ordered a new oil pan and gasket along with my Prelude high pressure power steering hose.
I ended up using this for my power steering. I hope you ordered the line from a 97up h22. The 96 and below have a smaller connection. The length on the 97 was too short for me and I bent the line too much and ended up cracking it.
So this was my solution. I should have done this in the beginning but I didn't.

I wasn't going to say anything about the swap in the street. But be safe.

What pump do you have. I have the 97 pump and the end for the that connects to the pump is bigger. Hard to describe so here is a pic comparing them all.

The bottom hose is for 97 and up h22 notice the opening is bigger the one above is for 92-96 h22 notice the opening is smaller. You just need the hose to go with the pump or it won't fit on the pump end. Also I found the 97 hose to be a good bit shorter. Mainly on the end going into the rack. The small diameter metal tubing part.

You can look in my swap thread I put the power steering info in there. You may be able to bend it. But I wasn't able to.

Lol. You guys are a crazy diverse bunch. I like that.

As far as the motor, it's a '94 JDM H22a. I guess I don't have to change the injectors, but still need a lot of stuff. Since it's a '94, the Prelude line should work fine. The vacuum box under the intake is cracked, so I'll be needing one from the yard. I think all I need now is a header, new mounts, and timing components.

The rest can wait, as the clutch looks almost new.

You can use the black box from your motor. It was an a6 wasn't it? Just use it if it is still in one piece after removing the motor.
Mine was cracked as well. No need for another trip to the JY.

Mine cracked on my A6 as well. I don't have any to strip from my F22.

The city doesn't hassle you about working on the street?

                    GL though.

                      I hope not.

I normally keep the work area clean, so it can go unnoticed that I'm doing a swap.

WOW! thats crazy doing it in the street like that.

clean the shit out of that bay! Get a powerwasher, degreasers, some sponges, and put your arms to work!

What ecu are you going to use in the long run? If your using the chipped p28 like mentioned. Do not bother with the black box since the p28 does not support that.

I'll be using a P13 for now. I'm eventually going to run a P28. By that time I plan on having my full NA build complete. Time will tell the outcome. Hopefully you will stay tuned.

Why don't people recognize that IABs can be easily added to P28 ECUs? It's not like a P28 supports an H22A right out of the box. No, you have to chip it which involves some soldering. Spend a little longer in there and you can have IAB control.
