if you haven't seen one in person, you wouldn't know how different it looks and sits compared to the stock grill.

welcome to the brotherhood of g square owners, lol.

Looks pretty cool, but after having a blacked out grill for over a year and then putting the Honda "H" back in mine it made my car look so much better. I say be proud of your ride and let everyone who's in front of you get a taste of the H in their rearview mirror.

i was actually lucky enough to see a skyline yesterday morning.

i wonder if you could mold it to the hood. it would keep the shape better i think. also, i think you will need to put mesh in there. if you leave it wide open youll get a good view of the radiator support, hood latch etc.

We're all behind u on this!!!!

A way to hide the radiator support, hood latch would be to keep the black part of the grill.

Or u can paint mesh black!

i plan to paint the mesh and everything behind the grille flat black (latch, radiator, etc). the grille itself will also be about 1" deeper than it is now. i may also use a double layer of mesh, offset, to hide more of what's behind it. we'll see.

i don't want the mesh or what's behind it to be very visible in the end product.

but that might limit the airflow through there if you block too much.

the area the grille occupies is really insignificant anyways. if it were that big of a deal than customlowz would have a very tough time w/ his grille (its basically a blockoff plate deal)

Talking

Here's a picture of my grill, very ghetto: (Notice that the paint is chipping off because I got in a hurry and forgot to sand the surface before painting... so when I was driving down this one road behind a big ford truck, it shot a ton of rocks to my car which wore the paint down.)
