The locals will get a pack together and maintain the speed of traffic while racing in front of the blockade. They generally do it on I29. They will have a ton of cars in a pack, establish a line and hold both lanes, then let the people that are going to roll race to the front. Often times they pass on the shoulder to get there.

Then, honk honk honk and go. Clear interstate in front of them, the pack holding traffic back behind. Its outrageous. I hate these people.

Jersey drivers would pass those idiots on the shoulders, unless they blocked those off too!

Sad sad sad...would have been better in a closed and safe environment. Not only that the guy sitting on the back of the pony car there...I am in awe that no one was hurt at all. I do certainly hope that those involved are taken care of for sure.

I could imagine trying to tell your boss as to why you were late to work because of something like that.

I'm all about havin fun, burnouts, donuts , and drifting. But this is definitely uncalled for. They deserve whatever the law does to them. And the sad thing is some of them probably got away with it...

This happens in the bay all the time, Oakland side shows where people get shot all the time. There's more videos like this on YouTube, they even did it on the bay bridge.

A few of them likely got caught due to their recognizable cars. That 240 is definitely recognizable! Wouldn't take long for the ones that get caught to rat out their buddies under pressure.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

Retro!
