at some point its just too much, and looks hideous.

ive done 215/45 on a 17x9.5 on my scion, and that was about as much as id ever go.

on the 15x8s on my honda id never stretch less than a 195/45

on a x9 id probably never do less than a 205 or a 195 depending on how big the sidewall is and how much the tire is over/undersized.

      That's still a bit of a stretch...

      I've put a 235/40/18 on a 18x10. And I thought that was too much.

The stretch in this video is dangerous. I wonder what psi he runs. 60+ at least.

meh, its so ass backwards to stretch tires like that anyways. The point of wider wheels is wider tires!

IMO stretched tires are ugly, unsafe, and pointless, I totally agree with you Accrfwgnguy about wider wheels means wider tires.

I think the point of this vid was to document that they were the "1st" to do this.

I love how stretched tires look, but I hate that. That's too much.

I've seen a few duallies in the past. kinda cool. A better idea than a stretch! I kinda wonder how it would drive...
