Valve covers look sick man. Love the work. I like mine, I know its nowhere even close to as nice as work as yours but I dont have access to the stuff you do either. LOL Gotta love what you can do with a few rattle cans, some tape and some know how though. LOL

i was attempting white marble... verry hard to do.
their are 4 different types of blue pearl, a green pearl and 3 different types of white pearl on this, for the marble effect, but my camera could hardly pick it up, in person it's pretty amazing looking though.

here's one i just finished. the paint is satin black.

i shaved pretty much everything on it and cut the cam cover off.

the satin finish was modified for contrasts.
there's the untouched satin how it comes out of the can (primary finish)
then there's the brushed finish done with steel wool (top)
and finally, the polished stripe. it was wet sanded with 2000g and polished with a polishing compound.

                later.

i'm not feeling the h logo, maybe if it was the whole badge instead of cuting the outside off, but i really like that you're trying new stuff with the satin paint. it looks cool

that looks really good G, I've always been worried with filling holes that they will bubble up and ruin the cover, I'd like someone around here to be able to tig them up, but it's not worth the cost.
