Are they stiffer than the 485F, 300R that the neuspeed race are?
H23Accord did some pretty extensive reviews on the Neuspeed Race/Koni combo and the Skunk2/Koni combo. All in all he loved the Skunk2 combo more. As far as drops, I would say the Skunk2 drops are comparable to the Neuspeed Races, and the rates are somewhere between the Neuspeed Sports and Neuspeed Races. So something like maybe 380/250 unofficially. I think that's a little soft, but a good compromise. If I were committed to dumping any more $$$ into this car I would definitely go for that setup. Again, the setup I should have went with from jump street.

I'm too lazy to search but if you look for threads started by H23Accord in here you will find the reviews. Maybe I will post them up later. They were good threads.

I got rebound and compression numbers for the Bilstein HD's! Especially make sure to compare those numbers to those of the Koni
STR.t. Notice the Koni is stiffer in the front, but the Bilstein has around 3x the compression in the rear.

Keep in mind the Konis are only rebound adjustable. Interesting info for sure though.

Right, they're specified in the OP. I also added some info about rebound and compression for those that don't know.

The rear fender is a little lower than the front.

When the front is lowered 2.2"-2.25" and the rear is lowered 2", there will be about the same amount of gap between the tire and fender all around.

If you lower is 2" all the way around, you'll have more gap in the front than in the rear.

Yes. You'll need shocks that will withstand that drop and spring rate. You'll also need to get an alignment afterward.

Why not do it yourself? Its only 3 nuts, and 2 bolts, and the 2 screws holding your brake lines. You will enjoy the fact of knowing that you did it yourself.

and if your removing your springs then you can rent a coil spring compressor from advance or most parts stores and when you take it back you will get a full refund.

just a quick question here ... I know its not talked about as often as it should be ... but what about the setups for WAGONS ... because of the extra weight in the back.

What would you guys suggest ?? something for a low stance but not to bouncy... a little bounce would be acceptable.

That's hard to say without some measurement. How much extra weight is on the rear over the sedan or coupe?

How can I convert these measurements back from lbs/in to the metric form?

I find it (like most other metric measurements) easier to read...

As its written in the original post, highlighted by purple: To convert from lbs/in to kg/mm, divide by 56.

Example: 300lbs/in spring / 56 = 5.36 kg/mm

Not a problem. Most springs out there are listed in lbs/in while most full coilovers are listed in kg/mm; i find that interesting. I wonder if it has to do with the country of manufacture...............

They might be worth looking into. Someone would need to talk to them to get more info about their product. I have no idea what kind of spring rate they use, and what springs, etc.

Yeah I saw that when I was looking at their site. I like the fact that they're guys that have been into racing and have 10+ years of experience so they aren't retarded. That doesn't mean they build good dampers necessarily though.
