    Window Motor problems !

    Hey guys!,

i have quick issue on my 90 coupe ex . the driver side window quit going down .

i purchased a new switch and still nothing so it must be the motor . How do i change out the regulator and motor , if i cannot get to the bolts since the window will not go down (its all the way up).

i would appreciate any help . Thanks in advance!

The front regulator has 8 -10mm bolts on the door, then there will be two holding the regulator to the glass, you can get to them by using a 10mm wrench and feeling your way around in there since you might not have a clear line of sight to them.

No problem man, we are brothers in arms here.
Since you are on window duty already i would invest in some spray silicone and spray on both side of the rubber track/channel to relieve some of the friction and help it glide smoother and maybe even clean out the rubber weather seal around the door.
