ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

They're crap. They look good, but they're crap lol. My 90-91's never fit quite right and just looked cheap. My first set of 92-93's leaked and never bolted on quite right. The second set I have is better and haven't leaked yet to my knowledge, but you can tell they're not OEM.

I bought mine from www.matrixracing.com as when I went to buy from www.procarparts.com I was given a 3 month runaround without any lights, and it took a call to my credit card company for it to get straightened out. They claimed the lights were out of stock, and it was a whole debacle.

The trunk conversion is what prevents me from doing this. Talk about a PITA. Find and buy a sedan trunk, same color or repaint. Then do the key hole DIY......no thanks.

Yup, all that ran through my head and I said screw it.
To do all that just to be able to spend more $ to get new back lights...I said screw it.

Actually the trunk swap is a piece of cake. Granted I didn't have to worry about paint at the time, but the actual time to swap the trunk is maybe a half hour, if you're lazy.

I don't know about the coupe keyhole swap, but for the 90-91 sedan to 92-93 sedan, it was one bolt. I know the coupe has a plastic piece on the end of the cylinder, but I heard that can be broken off?

The labor to swap out the trunk doesn't bother me.
Its the time and effort in finding one the right color and then paying for that, just so I can pay more $ to get lights is the real turn off.

Wow this thread went off topic somewhere.
I checked on ebay and all I got was the cheesy altezza style ones and the oem ones.
So no go on the procarparts.com? Does anyone else have these that can tell me where they got theirs?
