    Some recent race car fabrication!!

I wanted to share some recent work i've done! I wish I had these skills back in the day when I was building my cb7!

This is a 3" v-band for a downpipe that is welded than completely ported for maximum flow!

Rollcage i'm building for my brother's E36 Drift car.

These show the fitment on the mian hoop, It's stuffed completely against the body for perfect fitment!

The cage will be Tig Welded so fitment on the tubes must be spot on!

The base boxes the cage will rest on are reinforced with ,120W DOM tube and are beffy!!

I'm located in San Bernardino if any of you guys need top notch welding or fabrication services! I weld Aluminum, Titanium, chromoly, Mild steel anything is possible!

    Cage is coming together nice!

    Welds on the x-brace

    Fitment pics!

Good cages will have all the intersecting tubes meeting up in nodes, problem is the notching can be quite difficult.

that's some great looking work! reminds me of notching tubes for the FSAE team I was on for a couple years in college. we were told to get the tolerances so close you couldn't shine a light through them

It's a REALLY old Tenzo Bucket seat that we've had lying around forever. We just used it for mock-up. My brother is 6'5" so we needed to gauge where the harness bar would be placed to make the cage legal.

Nice! Yea, Engineering stuff is cool I bet that was an AWESOME experience! I went a different route but I did manage to get my A.S In Welding Technology and another A.S for Engineering Software/Drafting. I would to expand my brain some more and learn fluid dynamics!

Here's an older pic. This was my first attempt a building an Intercooler set-up. This was for an 88' Toyota Celica ALL-TRAC. All Stainless steel charge piping. Intake, and Radiator hoses!

Quality work, great job! I wish I could weld, I technically "can" but it doesn't look good at all, but it will hold. How many hours do you have into that cage?

^^TONY!! PM me your number, I have new phone or stop by the shop when you have a chance! I was hoping you would check the forum lmao

The cage has too many hours to count lol Like the a-pillar bars could have been done good in half the time we spent but we are making sure everything is the best we can do. If one bend or notch or tube dosen't meet the grade lol it's getting scrapped a heart beat.
