    New set up

well I kinda got away from what I originally wanted in my car the 2-10s I was talking about here

    http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=192936

I just recently upgraded to 4-12''s kenwood excelons powered by a 2500w exile amp and I'm pulling 200A off the stock alternator...

this leads to this topic, I know big 3 and a high output alternator are now required and I have found the big 3 topic http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=117879...couldn't really find how much 1/0 gauge wire to buy or if I should just get one of those kits on eBay or sonicelectronics.com.

Next is who makes a HO alternator that will fit without much effort(don't have space to work on my car anymore) that can put out 200A and puts out higher Amp at idle than stock?

I know I can google HO alternator's but want to know what people have running and have had good experiences with.

    Thanks in advance

    Jesse

Nice setup. However there's no way you pull 200 amps of the stock 90 amp alt. Anyhow id use a dc power alt off a 94-98 accord and just order 10-20 feet of 0 awg those kits are way over priced you don't need much for the big 3.

So is the 94-97 alternator a direct fit?

I believe the alt bolts right in, but it is not an upgrade in itself. These are the guys SPLCB7 were referring to:

Ya that's what I meant lol. But was just wondering if it would be a direct bolt on.

Realistically I could go with this https://www.dcpowerinc.com/fit/Honda...formance_sheet

Guess I should have a pic too, tough to take a good pic due to sheer size of the box. its 6.5 cubic feet, ported with the amp mounted on the side
