    Hondateck2010 : 1996 Honda Odyssey EX

    What's up CB7 friends

No longer own a CB since I needed to upgrade for work space so got this First Gen Odyssey (RA1)with 162k
The body frame is from accord and even comes with a 4 cylinder F2B6.

So looked around for some JDM parts and boy is this Van hard to find parts but was able to get these headlight (cant find any other):

    Yes! I love RA1s

Those headlights are a nice touch, a lot of DIY possibility with vans.

Some day when I need a van, I'm going to find an Odyssey and play around with it.

    RIP my last two CB7s.

I think the '01-'02 EX V6 coupe wheels are a nice updated touch.
My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

Thanks They are very hard to find, I only see one pair on ebay and he wants almost $300 and 2 lens are broken!! was lucky to get these $200 shipped but broken as well but retrofit some 5 inch round headlights.

The van drives like an accord and love to see the look on peoples face when I pass there car and they see its a mini van!! lmao

Thanks I noticed that these wheels look like the ones I see on the 05 Odyssey but slightly different.

          Plasti Dipped

So was going to paint the van Black but with NYC I feel that it would be a waste with new dents, scratches from the street. So I got the kit from Dipyourride.com and this was the outcome what you think? :

Man I miss my 95 Odyssey! I loved all the space I had. You gotta put up interior pictures and what's next?

What happen to the 95 ? The space was the main reason I got it.

the 99-04 Odyssey is known for transmission problems (same goes for the 98-03 Accords)

I removed the Middle seats since I am only me , wify and the little one(she says it feels like a limo lmao).

Painted the whole carpet black since I didn't like the green/grey color and did the dash black :

Need to take more pictures of the inside didn't have the moment yet

As for what's next well just got a Mugen Top Spoiler (Pricy) but I am hooked on putting it on soon.

Next will be replacing the front seats to newer odyssey seats. many more ideas will keep you guys posted

Awesome so far! I too want one of the first gen's or an isuzu, whichever can be found. I plan to put in an H22 and its automatic transmission. Probably lower it some. Itll just be to haul kids around and when I need to move large items around. If only I had the money to throw at it, itd be decked out lol. Heres the picture of the one I saw that got the gears creaking in my head

Lots of JDM goodies on there

                Keep up the good work

It looks nice! I ended up moving to Va beach and drive it down from CT and then back to CT within a week and then drove it for another week till the timing belt snapped! Then sold it for 700 to a guy from Queens NY, I had prelude saw blades on it

Thanks As I once wanted to swap a H22 on My old CB I would love to do it to this baby but Gas prices is what hold me back. the swap is not that direct since I will need a few parts from a 98 RA1 ect.
if your going for a RA1 need to find one soon since they are not that easy to find and if you do they ask for alot.

                          Keep up the good work
                          Thanks
