This is a thread that will allow everyone that has dealt with an online company to write a review about them. Please include as much detail about your experience as you can and why or why not anyone else should buy from them. This thread will be used as a tool to find quality online vendors who sell parts for our cars (i.e. - lips) and to weed out Online shops that we should avoid. Help make everyone's buying decisions easy and painless!

RULES:

• No "What-I-Heard" Reviews allowed! ONLY write a review if you have actually dealt with the company. IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOU ACTUALLY BOUGHT, but a full buying experience will naturally carry more weight than someone who talked to a sales rep, since salespeople can vary.

• No unnecessary flaming. If you had a bad experience just talk about it. No need for redundant "colorful" expletives.

• Please include a hyperlink to the website, the name of the company, and what you purchased/ inquired about. If possible, please list what they sell so that we can cross-reference when searching for a particular item. Don't just say "yo, www.randomcarpartsstore.com is terrible." That doesn't help anyone.

Please help fill this thread out. If this grows like I hope it will I'd like to turn this into it's own sub-forum.

I bought the depo OEM replacement fog lights from them. I received the fog lights in good condition but they were missing all of the harness, I had to call them and speak with customer support for 10 mins and explain to them that I am suppose to get the harness. Finally they sent them to me.

Other than that, They weren't that bad. Their prices are decent on most things. And they were the only place that you could get the Depo Replacement fogs.

i bought a rear lip for the 90-93 accord. i recieved the lip 4 days later with a sticky tab on the inside of the lip saying "90-91 accord". after fitting the lip against my 92 rear bumper it came nowhere near fitting. after sending the company a email (with no reply) and trying to talk on the phone to figure this out (sat on hold for over 15 min so i hung up) i am personally denouncing this web site. Slick also had a bad experence- i found this out after i ordered the lip.

They do have low prices but have the worst customer service ive EVER HAD...i give them 5 big thumbs down!

Ok so i know passwordJDM is pretty big but i figured some people might not know of them, so ill do a review since ive dealt with them.

Ordered the rims and everything was smooth. My only gripes with them was that i asked them if they could unmount the wheels from the tires and they said no but it sounded like they didnt care too not that they couldnt. They also used a chalk pen to write tracking#'s on the rims but that was washable just irritating. Other then that, A++. For the Condition of the rims and the tires having less then 10miles on them id say the price was fair.

Have anybody bought anything from streetstyler.com......I have,there customer service sucks...About 2 years ago..I ordered a rear lip for the 90-91 accord....i searched high and low and streetstyler was the only site that had a decent lip....money was taken out from my account but i never received the lip....i took me months just to talk to a live person.....He gave me a phony tracking number....He claimed that DHL doesn't keep record of its shipping...I spoke with a DHL representitive and they said they do.......all in all i never got my lip.....the tracking number was signed for somewhere in the east coast....im in california.....I heard its a one man operation....well thats just my experience with them or should I say Him...i give it 0/10

Hmotorsonline....Not bad i really dont know what to rate them just cause I was the on that messed up the order. But other then that i would have to see over all good. I got my motor in about 2 weeks and remember it could be faster cause i messed up....

These guys just flat out suck. I ordered some suspension parts from them, assuming they came in a set, but i had only ordered 1! nowhere on their site did it specify they weren't in a set or price was only for one. so i called them back to order the other one and they ended up charging me more than double. And on top of that they said shipping would take about 4 weeks and it ended up taking 3 months! The list just goes on and on... Not to mention they have A LOT of universal parts that they say will fit our cars and do not even come close. Their customer service is absolutely horrible to boot...

Overall: Decent tahha all i can think of...bought a few things from them and it takes about a week or so to recieve item but no shipping from what i remember. *dont take my word for it*. Bought during the month of December...most likely the reason why.

I ordered a set of amber corner lights at the 1st of the month. Several emails have been sent and received. They are out of stock of the lights. They kept telling me they would be in soon. Finally, I just asked for a refund. He said that he was sorry to hear about it, but that he'd send me an email when they were back in stock. I got the $20 credited back to my bank account.

Out of stock, but he was very polite and offered me a refund.

AceMotoring just contacted me yesterday (1/23/08) informing me that they have 20 in stock at the moment. He told me he could put one on hold for me for a month if I was still wanting it. But, I just went ahead and paid for it yesterday.

They offer free ground shipping with a minimum purchase of $20.00, I called customer service and they still insure their parts with free shipping. When ordering off the website, I clicked submit and the screen went blank so I had to call to submit my order. Customer Service said my shocks went through but the camber kit did not so they added those manually. Parts shipped in 5 days. Received used boxes, but all the parts were new with no damage so it wasn't that big of a deal.
