Any way to fix a bumper?

Hey there, a random guy from Slovakia signing in. I've been installing those dope and hard-to-find fogs here in Europe and I've cut the hole too big for the left one.
The right one sits there perfectly, the reason why the left is so off is the stencil I had was somehow moving, so therefore inch here, inch there and the whole bottom flew away, heheeeee.
Is there a way to fix this, guys? Thanks for the reply!

Fiberglass would work well here.
Ideally, you would want to use the same plastic as the bumper and plastic weld it. That gives me an idea...the 3D printer guys use a mix of acetone and plastic scraps. I wonder if you could make some of the "goo" and fill that gap in?

Another less-proper fix would be to just create some sort of rubber gasket between the light and the plastic bumper cover. The lights had a gasket originally (they often don't come with them when they're resold), so it wouldn't be too far from how it was originally intended. I've seen people use anything from door gaskets to rubber hoses.

If you were in the US, I'd say it would just be easier to find a replacement bumper... but I assume they're not nearly as common there!

Bumpers can be found here without a problem here, I just don't want to do it all again. Looks like I have to fiberglass that cut out. I've saved the plastic cuts aswell, I might try to fix it in near future, just wanted to have some kick-in ideas. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

Didn't have any cutout lines, man. That's why I used a stencil and I f*cked up at the left one.

Probably not what you want to hear but I believe the cost and or time associated with fixing the bumper might be the same as simply getting another bumper; this is one of those you live and learn situations.
