Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    carfax

    I got my car on may and it's fully paid and until now i never got the title. The previous owner kept on telling me that he's gonna give me the title but he never did. So if you guys have a carfax can you please check the status on the vehicle. here's the vin # JH4DC4358VS003665. Thank you in advance guys!!!

                    Has anyone read the aggreement on carfax?

                    I agree to pay a one-time charge of $29.99 (USD), plus applicable sales tax, according to my card issuer agreement. This 30 day Unlimited CARFAX Reports Plan is valid for 30 days from the date the first report is run, and is intended for my personal use only. Commercial use, resale and redistribution of CARFAX Reports is strictly prohibited and may lead to deactivation of my account and the imposition of additional charges for CARFAX Reports. I agree that my CARFAX Report purchase shall be governed by all the Terms and Conditions of use of the CARFAX Web Site.
                    If you purchased the Unlimited Account and are not 100% satisfied you qualify for a refund if:
                    > You have not, nor has any member of your household, received a refund from CARFAX within the last 12 months.
                    > You have run two or less CARFAX Reports on the Account.
                    > Your refund is requested within 30 days of purchase.
                    > A refund will not be provided if you have used the CARFAX Report or service for commercial purposes or otherwise violated the terms of use.
                    I personally love the idea of haveing a free carfax on my car or a car I'm thinking about getting. But the above aggreement is why alot of forums frown on the idea of having a free carfax report.

                    I don't think Deev would want Carfax kncoking on his door or getting the forum in any sort of legal battle.

                      I can understand where you're coming from, but as long as I'm not charging people to run a report, would it not still be classified as personal use? Either way, my account is done tomorrow, and i got rid of the blatantly large images for the sake of the forums

                        I'm not sure. I think it's "redistribution of CARFAX Reports" in this case.
