    Engine never operating at WOT

I'm using a data logging program (Freelog) and the engine never operates at the lowest vacuum reading (-0.3), the last column in a typical fuel table. This is a sample picture but it's the same thing, the last -0.3 column is blank:

Is that normal? Does it indicate a mechanical problem or restricted intake? I have a K&N cone using the stock intake tube and I cleaned it not long ago.

    Thanks

Is it possible my throttle body is too small? It's the stock H23A1 throttle body. I'm guessing/hoping the engine should make about 190 flywheel hp if it was running correctly.

I don't know much about data logging but without research I'm gonna guess from your sig this is the h23? Are your Iabs' ran to the ecu or are they vacuum or removed?

My assumption from my data logs is that I am still pulling vacuum at full throttle - i.e. there's still some restriction in the intake. But I wasn't sure if is a good assumption.

        Yes it's a H23A1 non-VTEC with high comp H22A1 pistons, 260 cams, header/exhaust, stock intake tube with a K&N cone.

IABs are still there and functional, I tested them the other day to make sure they were opening up.

Tried running without the intake pipe, and just the intake pipe with no filter. Both had the same result, still between 0.9-0.3 inches of vacuum at WOT.

Did you degree your cams? Timing could be off causing issues at wot if wrong, needs to work in harmony with the rest of the combistion process. Just a thought.
