OK so my rear main seal went on my car and it is an automatic. If i have to take out the transmission anyway i was thinking of swapping it to manual.
I am having a hard time deciding and i was wondering a few things
1) i read somewhere on here that if the rpms jump up and down like 300rpm when you are cruising it could be your torque converter going out.. is that true? because that is what mine does.
2) and when i put it in reverse especially when it is cold it takes a few seconds to drop in reverse.. is this a sign of anything? and when i put it in reverse it vibrates really bad is that a bad mount?
3) i have that stupid problem with it not coming out of park when it is cold.
im just wondering these things to help me make a decision
