I've never seen any pluses to any xbox. My playstation still works its in the garage, but it works. My ps2 is in my room. And the ps3 is in the livingroom for games dvds bluray and Netflix. Probable wont buy a ps4 because of priorities and not wanting to spend monies on that. But i would hope it is backwards compatible for the 3 previous Sony consoles.

I bought my friend's PS2 when he jumped to the XBox360. I bought his 360 when he jumped to PS3. I never had any interest in the PS3, because the 360 met my needs perfectly. I pay for Xbox Live Gold, and even though I don't play very often, it's worth it for Netflix, and the few times I DO play online.

However, the new restrictions that Microsoft is putting on the new Xbox, compared to the PS4's lack of such... I'd be much more likely to get a PS4. The new Xbox will have to have some REALLY kickass features to make me interested in it. Right now... there's nothing appealing about it. Which is funny, because I'd likely have an Xbox Live membership anyway... but the fact that they REQUIRE it bothers me to the point where I'd choose not to buy the system!



I've always been a Nintendo guy, though Playstation got the Final Fantasy series... so I hopped platforms. I then became a Playstation guy. I only got my Xbox360 so I could play Halo 3 with my band (and later, Forza 3... and FF13, but it bored me.)

I'm getting both eventually but the Xbox feels my needs as a guy who play 3 hours a week if I'm lucky. All in one entertainment system for when I get home tired from work sounds pretty good for me.

Yeah Playstation has the move. Its optional, not connected to the internet as far as I know but I was never interested in it. I prefer a controller, I'm lazy.

I would buy the ps4, even though i loved playing halo on the xbox. That is why i bought the 360 back in highschool when it came out.

Nothing can compare to my N64 though. I *only* had like 50 or so games and now i have purchased perfect dark, starcraft 64, quest 64, paper mario, and dr mario so i think im set for the next few months. I love the n64, hands down my favorite system of all time.

I mean shit in our senior house all we had was N64 tornys for mario kart and see who could get all 120 stars the fastest without cheating in super mario 64 i mean we had a blast with our jungle juice and *skippys*(case of natty with a bottle of vlady mixed with those kool aid things)

Well I take back my original answer of skipping both systems and building a PC, I'm thinking I ought to get the Xbox One despite all the thing s said about it. I could always throw a wash cloth over the camera so it can't see me or I could simply turn it backwards to face a wall. As for the mic, ill think of something. I also rarely trade in my games and if my younger brother wanted to try a game I guess he can walk to my bedroom and try it out like he used to before he got a job to buy his own games.
