Run a hose on and around it and see if it gets wet

So I looked closer at the windshield from the outside on the passenger side; and it appears the glass is delaminating from around the outside perimeter at the top and one spot along the side towards the bottom...both on the passenger side.

Does this mean water is getting passed the seal?

Problem fixed! I replaced the windshield and no more water infiltration since replacements.

I don't think anyone will just remove the windshield and install some new sealant. Might as well replace it all. It cost me about $220 for a new windshield and a lifetime warranty against leaking again.

No problem! Make sure the installer provides a lifetime warranty against leaking and other stuff.

I know you found the problem but for future reference the easiest way to find a leak, cabin or trunk is to pull all trim in area of suspected leak and get in with someone outside using a water hose spraying around possible entry areas and you will find it. Mine I found mine to be front and rear windshields but couldnt tell with the trim in. The trim was acting as a passage way carrying the water to other places. Front and rear windshields ware leaking like waterfalls.

It was super obvious once trim was removed.
