1st gen cr-v front brakes

The other day while i was at work, i was doing a state inspection on a 1st gen crv. and i notice that the front brakes are rotor-over-hub and 5 lug. has anybody used these fronts?

i'm sure the brakes can work but the hubs are going to be different. remember the CR-V is a civic-based chassis with 4wd in some cases.
