    replacing alternator 91 accord

Replacing alternator need guide or video with pictures if possible. I am stuck on how to loosen the timing belt.

    It's not the timing belt.
Make sure you take the negative off the battery.

There are two small adjustment bolts at the front of the alternator. (8 or 10 mm)

The long bolt that goes side to side needs to be loosened and removed.
    MRT
37.5 MPG, AC on, cruising at 80.
30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit

Lots of DIY videos specifically for our car

Get some awesome wipers! <-- It's a DIY

Remove the cruise control. Then you need a 14mm for the top mounting bolt. To get to the bottom you need a short extension and a 12mm. That is what I found works best for me. I think the deep are too long.

What wrong with your alternator? If the voltage is kicking out weak, maybe replacing the brushes will get it working well again. For that you don't need to remove it.
But I would think remove the cruise control box, then the power steering pump, will give you better access to the alternator.

I replaced my brushes and regulator on the car. It was a little tricky getting the brushes back in, I had to use dental floss to tie (keep) the brush pack together while placing it into position. I managed to do it after several attempts.
