Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Will H23 headers fit F22?

Wait... hold on guys, I'm confused... I just put an aftermarket H23 exhaust system on my Prelude, going from the F22 system. The cat-back needed an extension for use with H23 set ups, I took that to mean that the H23 header must be shorter than the F22 or H22 (didn't look side to side because my whole stock system was welded together, I don't know what was there when). I could well be wrong and it just means that the H23 catalytic converter is shorter, but I just wanted to clarify how sure an answer this was?

the h23 and f22 headers can both be bolted onto either head. As for header length, I am not sure of that.

So you are saying that you have an f22 engine in your lude, with an h23 header, and an aftermarket cat back? And the cat back needed an extension to fit properly?

so the h23 headers bolt up to the head perfect right? now what about the downpipe bolting up to the cat? does it all work out? b/c i have a deal going with some h23 headers

from what I understood, jumpman said that he had to extend his catback because the h23 downpipe wasn't as long as the f22. I don;t know why they would be different though.

I dont recall needing to extend but I will ask around. But I know for sure the 4th gen h22a header fits on our cars just fine. Dont see why the h23 would be any different.

the h22 header fits on the f22? That's weird. I figured since the h22's runners are different than the f22 head, the same would apply to the header.

Well I picked them up for 50 bones and it looks like they might even be the stainless type. It is cover with so much crap right now I can't tell. There is a mild scrape on the bottom collector and that looks stainless. I will clean them up and install it once the frozen Chicago tundra breaks in April.

h23 headers will bolt onto the f22 head. about the length, it might be different. h22 and h23 headers are 2 different headers. h22 center runners are closer then the h23.

I'll try and see if i can get pictures of the runners im talking about.

NO let me rephrase my statement. When doing the h22 swap on an accord the 4g h22 prelude header will fit JUST FINE. So my assumption is the h23 wouldnt need an extension when installed on the f22a. Then I might be wrong so I have to ask.
