Idk man, i think you have to double check the wiring. You could've mixed up the fuel injectors connections as well, but I'm leaning more towards timing as a possible cause, sounds like its not running smoothly, like cylinders are firing at the wrong times. And I noticed your speedo isn't working, so hook that VSS up and see if that helps. Getting everything working and eliminating all the CELs would be your best plan of attack.

So as of right now, what are the CEL codes?

Only CEL codes are: Coolant Temp Sensors and VTEC (Don't have all of either wired up)

well then that means your engine isn't operating at its proper potential. I'd fix those, since they're pretty important codes. Until then, I wouldn't drive it if you can avoid it.

Yeah I do need those fixed. But how would those codes be making it run so bad?

Codes are very important. Get everything connected
right. Spend the time to make sure all your sensors
are in the correct spot. When I did my swap. I used
my cd5 wiring with the h22 engine. Alot of the plugs look
the same. So you will need a wiring diagram for both your
car (if you are using your harness) and the diagram for
the car the engine came out of. Like this guy said,
get your cluster to be as clear as possible. And then go
from there. You have way to much shit unplugged, and you
need to continue finishing the whole process.

When I was finished the only lights that were on is the abs
because I took out power steering. And the check engine light.
I forgot to hook up the vtec pressure switch, then the light
            went off.

If you swear you did everything right. Then your engine could
be pooh. I don't know what else there is...

Edit: I doubt that its your timing. I dont know for sure, but I
don't think your car would sound like that just because timing
is off. Also, if timing was off, it wouldn't let you accelerate like you
were. It would bogg out, and possibly even stall.

Agreed...check all wiring, fix and clear ANY and ALL codes, and make sure all your sensors are wired into the harness or ECU correclty.

After those items are completed, then worry about the other stuff.

my h was doing this exact same thing and it was the map sensor wiring was messed up. I also ordered a prelude map sensor instead of running the one that is in the box on the fire wall and it smoothed right out and i have not had any problems with it since then. hope this helps

You know I was thinking... Spark Plug Wires. That may be the problem.
I'm using the spark plug wires off of my old H22 that I threw a rod in. That could be causing it to miss. lol
I'm gonna put some one new ones on when I get the money in a couple of days.
I miss driving my CB soooo much :/

I think so. It still runs weird but only below 1.5k rpms. Anything above that it runs fine.
I'm about to drive it to get gas and then to my gf's house (which is about 45 min from here on the interstate).
I'll let you guys know how it goes!

i noticed the speedometer isn't working neither.. should be throwing a speed sensor code. if speedometer isn't working vtec isn't going to work. check you knock sensor and your wiring for the vtec. did you pin the ecu for vtec, and the knock sensor in the right spot?
