Hey Raf99, You have the shock forks on the wrong sides of the car. You need to swap them out and the fork bolt should be facing towards the engine.

Isn't there a big "L" and "R" on the forks?

Yeah, I did this once. I didn't notice it until I started putting the wheels on. And it as was at the end of a very long day, so I was not pleased.

that sucks man, shit happens though, i made sure not to rush this last rebuild and have had maybe 2 minor overlooks need corrected after a few hundred shakedown miles

              looking good!

                You are looking at:
                - New axles
                - New upper poly control arm bushings
                - New poly stabilizer bushings
                - New lower control arms
                - New inner/outer tie rods
                - New inner axle seal
                - EBC drilled/slotted rotors
                - EBC brake pads
                - Braided brake lines
                - ESP traction bar
                - SPC +/-3.0 camber kit
                - Tein Super Street coilovers

New hardware, undercoated the area before all parts went in..........and we are finally done the front end!

Only thing I am concerned with is that i heard somewhere its best to torque the lower control arm inner bolt after the car is on the ground and not before. Same goes with the upper control arm bushing bolts.

No Problem man. Glad it got there and glad you got the front-end all back together.

As for the bushings...I never did with mine. To be honest, I totally forgot about it. Its different than an OEM bushing as they are all one piece, the sleeve is molded in to the rubber and on the LCA the outer ring is pressed in. It would tear and rip if you tightened it down and then lowered the car. The poly is separate pieces, and can still move around the arm and sleeve.

Can`t be too safe tho....I have no issues with mine. LOTS of grease so no squeaky squeaky....lol.

Thanks man!! Means a lot that you see the detail!
Unfortunately the interior is going mostly black. Black rug, arm rests, doors, back sil. But you do have a point.......

I may want to start thinking of a two tone, style, or design. Don't wanna Johnnie cash theme going on fully....

OK ya... haha. Lesson learned on my behaf. That green move took me 2 hours to fix. Had to take the whole knuckle out as the teins are tall, the traction bar thick enough the dam shock wouldnt come out.

I used spray can fabric dye. Worked great, but the drivers side mat is starting to fade since it sees a lot of use. You can pick this up at any auto store, etc.

LOL. That is exactly what i used!!

But note to SPLCB7, prep work makes all the difference. Tape off areas, clean the area well that you are going to spray (vacuum and wash). I also used heat gun and rubbed the stuff into the fabric between coats. Then vacuumed the area afterwards.
