I brought them home and cleaned them up a lil, one was broken in the back, but only the plastic, not all the way through to the inside of the light.

Removing the bumper was a pain because the nuts for the bumper support are stripped, so I decided to just remove the cover.

The plastic expansion clips were hateful because they wouldn't come back out with a screwdriver, so I tried something different:

I screwed in a small screw, only a lil bit:

Grab the screw with a set of pliers and pull the plastic center out:

I used a flat screwdriver and hammer and broke out the ones under the headlights. Piece of cake, the cover came off easily:

Then I used a utility knife to cut out the covers:

What about bolting the fogs up to the bumper. Were the appropriate holes in the bumper for the bracket. Also I believe that the USDM and JDM fogs have no difference. The only difference are in 90-91 and 92-93. I think someone was telling you JDM fogs have a curve or some shit. Well 92-93 have a curve and 90-91 are block shaped. So the only difference is in the years. Hit me back with the bolt up answer, lata

there actually is a difference between usdm and jdm fogs besides the 90-91/92-93

      read up http://cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.p...og+differences

      edit:
here is a side view of my jdm 92-93. the 92-93 us spec have a totally flat front surface. it's the same deal on the 90-91s.

I was surprised to see that the holes were already in the back of the bumper, and everything lined up perfectly. Just a few self-tapping screws was all I needed to attach them.

Based on the pics and the description of the "curve" in the profile of the lights, I believe mine are USDM
