Valve seal replacement

I'm trying to do valve seals in my H22A head, and i cant get the bloody things off. Does anybody have any tips on how to do this? I'm using an ignition wire pliers... the ones that are like a really long needlenose and the ends form a circle to grab around the seal. I can get a good grip on them, turn them, i'm just afraid to screw something up if i chew them too much.

Try a set of really small vicegrip locking pliers. Clamp then turn and wiggle the seal out. Every valve stem seal job I have ever done the seals are always caked/stuck on there.

I got them off. they were a major PITA, and one of the intake seals they sent me was screwed so i'm delayed until i can get another one haha.

What i used was that ignition wire pliers and about 2 hours of swearing and cutting knuckles... but they're off
