ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

    DSM Turbo kit for H22A1??

Alright, Im about to buy a turbo kit off Ebay and I've been reading all over that 1g DSM manifolds fit the Honda Accord H22A1 engine. Now I do know that there is some minor modifications involved in the upgrade, but what I am wondering is if the whole DSM kit would just fit over to my engine, including the turbo. Gimme you feedback all... and from there, what about turbo timers and tunning??

And you got that all wrong its the f22a with some minor redrilling. The DSM will NOT fit the h22a.

Too much modification when you can buy a log manifold for pretty cheap. Prob weaken up the manifold a lot when you hack into it too much. Rev hard logs arent expensive at all and they handle abuse well.

Awesome Accord that guy has, I have been noticing VTEC engines with the DSM set up or something very simililar to it. My engine just blew and i bought a second "Wrecked" Accord for $400.00 cash with a (H22a1 w/ 5spd tranny, 120k mi.) Did i fuck up, should i have bought a VTEC, or is a head swap possible to make DSM manifold fit?? Your feed back is awesome and very much appriciated....

H22A1 should have VTEC....What modifications did he have to make for the dsm mani? Grind part of the block most likely drill some new holes or whatever. I would still run another manifold that actually fits without having to grind into my own engine just to let it fit a damn turbo. But your car. Log manifolds are cheap nowoadays or if you can find a tubular for cheap.
