ALB light is on?? what does it mean

    ALB light is on?? what does it mean

    its either the ALB or ABL light is on .... somebody told me that it has something to do with my brakes..... i just would like to know what it means that light goes on after 10 minutes of me or anyone driving the car.... and but the light is not on imediatly when i turn the car on it takes about 10 minutes of driving to make the light go on.... i drive a 1991 EXR accord if that makes any difference.... can somebody please tell me PM or email me at supagoku43@hotmail.com or just leave a post here .... it would be greatly appreciated.... thank you for your time...

    i have it too

    i have a 91 exr too, same thing happens here. its ur speed sensor or some crap on one or more of ur wheels. one thing to do is check for blinking lights on ur abs module which is in ur trunk. if u fold back the lining of ur trunk on the passenger side, ull see a box. there will be a red flashing light. what u need to do to check the code it will emit is have someone put the key in the ignition and turn it to the ON position, ull stand and wait for a code. a long blink represents 10 and short blinks represent 1. i know from expereince, that theres a first blink, then u wait 10 seconds and the actual code come out. record the codes, and post em up when u do it, ive got this huge manual that tells me what speed sensor is fucked up.

    btw, what part of toronto are u from?

      it came mean alot of things man.. and its abs light.. it stands for anti braking system..

      mine is on right now.. its because my abs sensors needs to be cleaned.. it may not be the same for your case but i would get it checked at a dealer or a mechanic
