ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Paid 4000 in Nov of 2002.

Since then I've spent around 3000-4000 on parts. The ONLY labor I have paid for was my timing belt change. And the scary thing is that I mostly bought cheap parts. OUCH!!!

If I bought dealer parts, I'd have spent over 7 grand I'm sure.

I've spent 2500 in the last 8 months and its killing me...

Although I didn't really NEED to spend about 1200 of that, lol.
                      PM me for the following...

                            A buttload...

From what I remember...on my 93, I spent 2200 to get it, about 3000-5000 to keep it running, and another 1500 to mod it to my liking. I had that for 3 years.

On my 92 I spent 3000 to get it, and 1500 to keep it running. I had that for 3 months. So in total, in the last 4 years I've spent about $12,000 on getting, keeping, and enhancing CBs, not counting routine maintenance, gas, insurance, etc... wowsers

me bought it for 1700. had 128k when i bought it 4 years ago. now it has 164k. Since i upgraded a bunch on motor turbo and etc. still haven't done body work and im @ $10k from everything i bought and put on the car. still needing better suspension newer toyo tires then need body work and a paint job and needing a my gt28 rebuilt so i can put it on so i calculated when everything is done and set it would be about $17k since im not getting a crappy paint job lol
