ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Headlight Questions

Ninja again, as opposed to my muffler, i also want to pop some new eyes in my old girl.

    Im looking at projector headlights
    (Link: http://www.andysautosport.com/honda/...lights/spec_d/)

And i need to know these things:

-does it make your vision at night worse/better?
-do i need to rewire my headlight mounts to fit more bulbs?
-does black or chromed look better on an Arcadia Green Pearl accord in your opinion?
-What custom headlights do you use and how do they look/perform?

    Thanks!

"Pop some new eyes in my old girl"...? Talk like a normal person.

Anyone that has those headlights will tell you that they're absolutely horrible. The light production on them is far worse than even the factory headlights. A way to improve this would be an HID setup but the projectors that are installed in these headlights are for your standard halogen bulbs and not HIDs. They're cheaply made and pose the risk to be a safety hazard to yourself and others.

If you want a nice headlight setup then I suggest doing a projector retrofit in either your stock headlights or buying a set of JDM/EDM 1 or 2-piece headlights and doing a retrofit in those. The right retrofit, combined with an HID setup in a useable temperature range will be the best possible combinatiopn for these cars in terms of looks and light output.
My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

Doing a proper projector retrofit is the best way to go.

Keep making generic threads, kid. You only have 16 more posts to go before you hit 0!

im not making generic posts am i?

Im just very cautious about what to put in my car. If never tuned a CB7 before, so i think its best to consult the public and use expirience to avoid mistakes.

Ex. the projector headlights that are apparently crap.

What he's saying is all this post along with your muffler thread have been asked and answered countless times. If you had searched about the lights you would've found this:

              and this

just as a start. You could find plenty of threads talking about the WS2 exhaust as well. But I think you're getting the idea. If I got the little amount of knowledge I've gained so far with the noob I was I know you can do it as well. Nobodys being dicks you just gotta put your funderwear on and do your part as well.
