Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    Turbo cb7 a/c line swap

I wand to keep my a/c and have turbo in car so i was looking into puting an a/c line from a 94 accord in hopes that It will bolt up and give me the necessary clearance anyone tried it yet. I took a picture to show tbe difference between them. Im still running r12 only reason i haven't tried it.

91 comes straight out and when turbo (14b) is on the a/c hose and exhaust are thousandths of an inch away i cant even fit a single layer of exhaust wrap in between.
The 94 comes out of the side providing great clearance

I know this is a really old thread to reply to but scince I ran in to this issue all I did was pry both of mine back about an inch or so with a pry bar. The aluminum can be bent a back with a pay bar as long as you don't bend it to much. I also had to bend the line feeding the condensor on my civic to make room for the wastegate dump pipe.
I don't really like doing it but hey . I am cerious about the 5th gen suction line
