That's as far as I've gotten so far.

Tie em all together if you can, and see who reigns supreme! Preferably if you can provide a situation where the actor that portrayed one of the characters (at any time) killed the actor that portrayed another, or if the characters were in the same movie, video game, comic book, etc...
If necessary, use degrees of separation (this guy killed that guy, who in turn killed the other guy.)

Idk who the guy is next to Darth Vader, but I'd pick Vader.

Has a galaxy full of troops and spaceships and whatnot.

Wolverine invincible? Try telling that to the Death star. (Overkill, but you get the point?)

Essentially, if the other were to try and kill me, I'd go up into space with Vader and annihilate them as they came at me.

I want to see if we can do that. Find ways in which either the actors or characters have interacted in one way or another (as with Arnold, Predator, and Batman), to see who beats who. Like a giant 9-way Rock/Paper/Scissors game.
There must be at least a few more connections. Maybe not enough for all of them, but surely a few more.

Marv from Sin City, played by Mickey Rourke. A badass character, though I'm not too sure why he's included here. He's not really on par with the others, aside from Hellboy, perhaps. The other characters are far more legendary than those two, I feel.
