Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

That's true.
Keep in mind that the earlier 4G63t manifolds (1st and 2nd gen DSMs) fit on the F22A head (assuming you're still going with the F22A, I haven't re-read the thread) with relatively minor modification. You might be able to pick one of those up, since there is bound to be a better aftermarket for turbo manifolds for the 4G63, even now. You only need to redrill a few mounting holes, OR just get an F22A flange put on it. Ports line up perfectly.
Might save you a few bucks.

it actually seems as if obx makes 3 different ones(2 of them are for h23) but the 2nd and 3rd look really close to the same design but maybe a bit different? or maybe my eyes are crazy. but the 2nd one says its made from 321 SS vs the 3rd one says t304. but what i dont get is why the 321 is cheaper than the other because 321 is better quality and very expensive. i dont really think they used 321. BUT from the "specs" they actually give they seem like they might hold up?

better priced, but these are only 16 gauge pipes. doesnt this seem a little bit thing(.060 inch)?? ive never really had experience with turbo manifoldsLast edited by 93redcb7; 05-19-2015, 04:30 AM.

If I had the option again to get the ram I would....what I would do how ever is add a few supports to it so it dosent flex as much.

was also thinking about an oil catch can, are they worth getting? or is our PCV system good enough to handle it? i think capping the intake and just putting a filter on the valve cover would be a good idea because of all the positive pressure in the intake while in boost would back pressure towards the pcv valve closing it
also would there really be a benefit of using say like a greedy or mishimoto one over a cheaper 25$ one from amazon/ebay??Last edited by 93redcb7; 05-27-2015, 02:40 AM.

also anyone know of a good crankcase ventilation setup? or is the stock vent'ing going to be sufficient? im going to run a oil catch can from valve cover to oil can to intake also
ive been looking through most of the high turbo builds on here and i dont see anyone listing crankcase vent'ing, but everyone runs a oil catch can, so im hopefully guessing that it wont need itLast edited by 93redcb7; 05-27-2015, 08:49 PM.
