Wicked tuning rear camber kit?

Looking at purchasing this rear camber kit. i have searched and didnt really find anything about it. My question is it a good kit or should i look else where and will it allow me to reach 0 degrees in the rear.I know about the washer mod i just would prefer not to do that.
