    DC Sport Header gasket

    UN f'n believable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I call DC Sport, cuz my gasket that I've had in there since we installed it 15 years ago blew ..
    You ready? You sure? The guy said that I have to buy a whole new header ...

    Just to get a fukkin gasket?

    Does anyone have a part# to JEGS, or anyone have one laying around, I'll take 2 lol!

    EDIT: .... I just thought about something .... are these gaskets the same as OEM? no?
    It's been over 15 years lol, and I f'n forget already ... but I seem to remember using an oem part?

    These are all over ebay and amazon. Maybe buy a few and spray them with copper before installing them. Make sure your flanges are flat and torque it evenly, you should be okay.

      A hahahaha, what idiots over at DC, are you kidding me?!?!

      I used a gasket from Mr. Gasket on my DC header at that spot. Sprayed with copper seal, it never did seal properly and I always had a sensible leak above 3k at WOT.

        I swear man, complete incompetence .. I've never had to deal with DC before, but hopefully I'll never have to again, lol!

              Well, the one that was replaced, (sooo much quieter now) was in there quite some time ..10, 11 years?
              So yeah, I'm not so sure that every one of them is perfect, but it's all in the art.
