Is there any way to fix the ICU (Integrated Control Unit) Having some light problems.
    Thanks,

Open it up and look at the capacitor. (round cylindrical tube) If it's bulging it needs to be replaced. While you're in there look for anything out of place

I never heard of the ICU in our cars...or I have forgotten...but where the heck is that located?
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

          Yours is black?

          Our usdm ones are brown

5th gen ICU's with variable intermittent windsheild wipers are blue

My friend had one go bad in his car. The defroster would run all the time. It didn't have any visual damage to the board. We swapped it out for a spare and his rear defroster worked fine. So it might not be easily fixable is what im saying.

Would that have anything to do with the dome light?
