Motor won't start up

    will the motor turn over? maybe try starting it w/o the plugs in

    most engines will turn over and there will be a hard spot where compression is building.

      Motor turns over, tried starting it without the plugs also.

        A) To rule out mechanical failure of some kind, remove all 4 spark plugs, then go rotate the crank pulley with hand tools. You will only be getting some resistance from the valvetrain, but otherwise it should be smooth. If you get any binding, let us know.

        B) Did you do a compression test? I forget if you did or not.

            please don't tell me you forgot the lil ground wire under the T-stat
