    search function fixed

    every now and then we had some users who were having trouble with the search feature. I think I've fixed the problem. If anyone has any more trouble with it, please let me know!

    Searching: This is a very very extensive search query
    Doesn't crash! Good job!

    37.5 MPG, AC on, cruising at 80.
    30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
    27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit

        Just tried to search for engine bay pics and I get this....


        Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 17 bytes) in [snip] on line 1009

          Are you doing advanced search? That hasn't given me any issues.

            It does it when I use the regular search in the top right hand corner of the Off Topic Forum. But thx for the link, thats what I was look for!!

              Good deal, few days back i could search what ever words i wanted but the words "blower motor" keep redirecting me to an error page about not enough memory or something. lol glad its fixed (yes i tested it).

                Just tried a regular and advanced search and got this:

                    Search function unfixed!

                    Searching "The good the bad the ugly" broke it.

                    I even tried it twice, same results, so this may be replicable.

                            Tried increasing memory a bit more for searches but for some reason "The good the bad the ugly" keeps the same error. Not sure why as of yet.
