Newly swapped H trying to pinpoint sound.

ok so here is the deal.

i am getting a sound kinda like a bearing when it gets dry
i know my wheel bearings are bad and need to be replaced and
also the brakes need a little attention also but i am pretty sure
that the sound isnt coming from these places

i dont believe it is tranmission because when i push the clutch in
sound stops and if i rev the motor while the clutch is in it still makes
    the sound.

its not like a throwout bearing noise more like a pulley with a bad bearing

two problems that i know of "found them while i was searching for noise"

    1. Altenator top swivel bolt isnt in at all....
the very top bolt. dont know how the hell i missed that
before i dropped the motor in, but it has the adjusting
bolt holding it in place and the belt dosent have any slack
but it still squells if its rainning outside so i will fix that in the
    mourning.

    2. The Crank pulley has a little wobble in it. i am thinking warpped pulley
over messed up crankshaft, but ethier way i dont believe that would be
making the sound. But still needs to be replaced with another Oem H22 pulley?
i know the aftermarket ones are equal to shit. but could i use the F22 pulley
so i wouldnt have an spare rib slot scence i am running the F22 Alt.

Now this is my best guess to what it is.
I did the H23 Manual Tens swap when i did the Timing belt.
i did not install the Balance Belt but the pulley Tensioner is still installed.
scences this dosen't have any tension from a belt on it maybe the Timing
belt tensioner is causing it to freespin producing this sound i havnt heard on
    a car before....

    it dosen't really sound internal.

what i changed on the H before i dropped it in.

    oil "moblie1 10w30"
    coolent
    transfluid "moblie1 10w30"
    timing belt "Greddy"
    h23 manual tensioner
    waterpump "oem"
    all seals "oem"
    Clutch "stage2 ebay"
    flywheel "11lb"
    pressure plate "stage2 ebay"
    throwout bearing "oem"
    Sparkplugs
    Wires
h23 Dizzy "replaced Cap and Button"
    F22 Manny Tranny

The car runs really Strong and has no lose of power
but the sound is very annoying and kinda makes me
worried. so any advise is apperciated.

well its just what i have always ran i guess...i have had 4 cb7's and all of them have been manual except one of them. anyways its what i have always ran in any of them i have had and i havnt ever had a tranny problem as far as gear grinds and such... lucky i guess "knock on wood"

back on topic... i put the bolt in the top of my alt so it wasnt coming from that.... i am strongly leanning toward the balanceshaft belt tensioner free spinning because there is no balance shaft belt installed..... its my only guess at it....

its like a metal rattle sound.... only dose it at certain rpm's 2700, 3600, 4500, ect ect i am really thinking that its that damn balance shaft belt tensioner that dosent have a belt on it......
