When you pulled your tranny, did you guys loosen or mess with your radious rods?
can you show me what a radius rod looks like, i think i know what it is, but im not sure if im right. i know jesus took out a rod while we did the tranny pull and i asked him what it was for, but i forgot.

so far i ruled out alignment because i just got one today (140 but its life time)
tomorrow it'll be tire balance and rotation

if the tire rotation doesnt do it, im gonna be irritated and have a bad feeling its gonna start to cost more money again to fix.

If I remember correctly the radius rod connects from the lower control arm to the front crossmember/subframe.

yes that's correct.. Usually you have to remove the radius rod to drop your tranny, because the h tranny is so freaking huge..

The radius rod is housed in the cross member and in that housing there are washers which controls your caster, so if you have more washers on one side then the other you experience torque pull. Or if you don't tighten it enough you will experience the same effect.. That could be the culprit or maybe they didn't align your car correctly. Check your caster specs and see how bad it is.

thats probably the cause of your torque steer.. Maybe check your alignment specs so see the caster readings, then pull the rod out again, count the washers and maybe switch one from the front to the back or vice versa..

                my caster specs are

                LEFT FRONT
                Actual 2.81 BEFORE 2.81

                RIGHT FRONT
                Actual 2.59 BEFORE 2.59

so theres a difference of .22 Is that bad enough to cause torque steer?

You're specs look ok, what about comparing an older alignment sheet to the current one to see if your caster was at a different reading?

Either your radius rod on the passenger side is out of adjustment or you have a bad axle.. CV = constant velocity so if you have one axle spinning faster then the other will experience torque steer..

also read this article.. its pretty detailed.

the left side only pulls after i let go of the gas.

well i just spent more money again on rotating my tires and having them rebalanced. but i just took the streets home. i usually feel it most on freeways.

right now i cant do hard acceleration because im still in the process of breaking in my clutch. it has almost 700 miles on it.

according to exedy, break in is 700 miles.

comparing my old caster alignment i did in 11/2008 it read

                            LEFT FRONT / RIGHT FRONT
                            (before) 3.6 / (Before) 4.0
                            (after) 3.6 / (after) 4.0

                            my caster specs now are

                            LEFT FRONT / RIGHT FRONT
                            (before) 2.81 / (before) 2.59
                            (after) 2.81 / (after) 2.59

your caster is out of spec. you should have more positive caster on right siide.

^ same story here jed. i have more caster on one side of the wagon, so i pulls to one side when i let go of the wheel. tire is wearing out evenly though. weird but that's how it is; the beauty of FWD...
