Passed 25mph barely by 10-15pts.

I drove hard to the smog station 15mins away, and left the car on before I smogged. Unsure if the cold weather had anything to do with it.

-Swap out o2 sensor with a spare
-Clean egr the timmy0tool way

I actually passed HC by 9 pts and failed CO by 9 pts for 15mph

such weird numbers.
