Question cam shaft lob contacts valve adjustment

if anyone has any idea of a good way to resolve this

Grind them shits down or get a smaller cam. Does it clear the head itself at 6 o clock? Wes might know a trick.

no they are h23a1 cams in a f22b head but they the stage 3 crower
