Had a bit of a scare with the new motor today. Pulled the car into the garage when I got home from work today (as I normally do). Revved the engine a bit to drop the idle and the oil light came on. IMMEDIATELY turned the car off and checked the oil. It was fine (did an oil change about 500 miles ago), only about 1/3 qt low. Got back in the car and started it back up. Oil light flickers and then stays on. Turned off the car again and went inside. Researched problem on the 'net (and prices of oil pumps and pressure switches) and went out and jacked up the car and climbed underneath to find the wire was loose on the oil pressure switch! Also, the switch itself was a bit loose and leaking. Tightened everything up and drove it with no oil light.
Just a reminder to check the cheap and easy stuff before you fear the worst.

Even more mods added! New exhaust and ROH conversion. I had been putting off the rotor replacement, but they NEEDED to be replaced after 13 or 14 years of use...
