Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Ghosts YA1 with JDM H22A swap

    This is my 1997 Acura 2.2CL. Its Frost White with 139K on the body. my body is in great shape, except for some cancer on the passenger side rear wheel well. I have a 92-96 JDM Prelude H22A with an M2A4 Trans. i really dont have much else to say heres the pictures when shes in her summer mode. looks different now for the winter. (BTW i have an OEM CL Spoiler and 99 CL Meshies now. they arent shown in the pictures)

    looks good as hell man. I really like. Was the H22 a direct swap into that or did you have to make mounts for it.

      Nice CL. As I recall they are direct drop in for those cars if not there engine bays are pretty similar to the 5th gen accords.

                btw, i love how the grill is part of the hood on these cl's. Kinda makes me want to paint my car white. lol

                  thanks man. theres actually alot more CLers with H22's then you think. alot of them just dont post too much on AZ.

                    Im curious though..whats the weight on it and what else can you do besides Swap/Drop/Wheels/Lights?

                      i weighed my car at the track.

                      and with my F22, Type-R wheels, CF Hood, a few drops of gas, and me not in the car, i weighed 2776.

                      the 3.0CL weighs around like 3100

                      theres a few lips out there for the CL, my CF Hood is about 1 of 30 made, pretty much anything you can do to an accord you can do to a CL, except for JDM parts.

                        The CL doesnt have a Japanese counterpart

                        2800lbs isnt too bad. CBs are about that arent they..?

                        Any kind of aftermarket tail lights or exhaust setups?

                          first Acura made in america, which makes me feel kinda foolish for my "I <3 JDM" frame, but ive owned other hondas sooo.

                          any exhaust made for a CD Chassis Accord i can get. I have a GReddy Sp2 exhaust. lookin to switch for a Invidia N1. no tailights thank God. other than tailight tints, which im not into. also any suspension piece made for the CD Accord i can get too. im getting tanabe sways and front under brace soon, and a skunk 2 tie bar.

                          i have the standard no leather 5spd CL, and there suppose to weigh about 3,000lbs. but i dropped some weight before i weighed it.

                              Its cool to see other cars (CL) has the same counter parts as our Cb's and Cd's...its like haveing a cousin
