DIY CD5 Black housing "jdm" corner lights

OK ppl I tried something different than what you normally see...
I wanted to try something new like the CD5 lights or the Zenki or Kouki Silvias

I just loved how clean the corners looked and since we only have a selected few offered for the CB chasis i wanted to try some ideas out on my all black corners i have on my car....
With that being said Pictures...!!



Taped the trim I wanted to leave black



Completely taped the outer side of the exterior plastic lense so i wouldnt get any paint on them



I also taped the inside up to the edges that i wanted to leave clear



Painted everything






Got this

Just a test fit with these but I took them out because I think a EDM clear reflector will look cleaner

Just get a white reflector strip from some reflective tape.

I've bought several sets, and they all came with reflectors. I guess I went through better sellers.

My GF ordered cheap stock style corners and got DEPO clear corners with reflectors. She's not complaining lol.
