Traction must have been a problem...just a thought

Yup. I shifted from first to second and it was supposed to come in progressive, as you can see, it did not, lol. I'm just going to use this as motivation to finally get a traction bar. Traction has always fairly good. I mean with slicks it only dropped roughly .3 of a sec. A while back I had some issues but it turned out to be the alignment.

Are you going to have one custom designed, find one by ESP, or go with Innovative? Innovative allows for the center beam, ESP allows for a front torque mount, and a custom one would just be ... better.

just a small update, decided to fix a few things on betsy today.
finally calibrated the speedo (reading slow apparently).

I adjusted the valves, changed the oil, put in new plugs and she is running great. also going back to f22b next weekend for some testing. i think i want to experiment with f20b crank and rods in the f23 block and some k24 pistons. ive been thinking about engine rev rates and gearing alot. ive been thinking about my current web regind and how im running it 4deg advanced on the f23, i think the f23 likes it this way but the f22 may want it more centered or even retarded a degree or two.

Yes, its a pain in the ass to get down to the cluster but all you need is a small screw driver to turn the dial. The two on the right are Speedo and the two on the left are the tach.

Just finished the swap back to the f22b, my brother and I decided to do it today after work. The f22b honestly feels the same up to about 3k ish.

( • )( • ) wow!!! so i could of just swapped over a wago speedo gauge that reads 140mpg and tinkered with them dials to get it to read correctly? I ended up swapping the circuit board along with the gauge instead.

By the way I'm still around. Good to see you always building something that goes waaaay over my head.

Do you know how the 2 dials work? I mean you turn them, I know that but I asume that they each change. It's 2 dials for the speedo and 2 for the tacho?
