    Honda Ascot Innova

Does anyone have any information about the Honda Ascott Innova? By this I mean more information than wikipedia gives.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Ascot_Innova

Wiki says it is based on a CB chassis, but looks more like a CD chassis to me.

Anyone got a photo of one with the hood open?

And that is why I want a photo of under the hood. I'm curious about how much of it is a CB. I don't think it really is a CB chassis, but I could be wrong. I really think it is a CD chassis.

          That's golden, got any more?

It really does look like a CB chassis from firewall to radiator support. I wonder what the length of the fenders are, they must be swapable (if you can get your hands on them that is).

Too bad the smoothly rounded front end wouldn't work with our boxier bodies.

The rear end is nice and neat , but the front end looked like 2 radiated couples had sex then a baby came out.

I kinda like the prelude sedan look myself. I say this as I'm black housing a set of CB7 headlights.

Looks like a 92-95 Civic sedan had a bastard child with a CD5.....in a good way.

I think that's a really handsome design from Honda.

                  It's the Acclude!

It's interesting to me that the Ascot Innova ran from 92-96 with the F20A5 and H23A (the JDM version of the H23A1, not the VTEC H23A that gets all the kiddies' nips hard these days...) while the CE Ascot ran from 93-97, with the G20 and G25 (OMG, a G series!)
To incredibly different "Ascot" models running practically parallel to each other.
