Question 5 lug conversion from 4 lug drum to 5 lug drum clicking when brake applied

Converted the rear to 5 lug drum set up driver side is fine no noises right side makes loud clicking varying on speed when brake is applied . pulled the drum back off to make sure no springs where loose cleaned everything up re adjusted the shoes . Can't figure the issue out . Got all new hardware and shoes going to replace everything .
Has anyone had this issue before ?
